Cheese Burger Recipe

Burger Recipe Cheese: It’s a type of sandwich consisting of fillings in a patty placed between the buns. Patties are usually deeply fried and filled with potatoes, veggies, and herbs.

INGREDIENTS

  • half cup paneer
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • Pinch of powdered black pepper
  • 3-4 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • red chili powder
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage
  • water
  • coriander leaves
  • corn
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon mustard paste
  • 1 tablespoon light soya sauce
  • 3-4 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • half tablespoon milk
  • Burger buns
  • All-purpose flour
  • lettuce loose-leaf

 

TOPPINGS

  • garlic powder
  • garlic salt
  • onion powder
  • salt

 

PREPARATION

  • Mix the spices _ Take a container and mix all the veg seasoning powder ingredients like garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt, and keep aside.
  • Prepare the dressing _ In another bowl, mix all the herb mayonnaise flavoring ingredients i.e. mayonnaise, including coriander leaves, milk, and pepper, and keep them apart. In another bowl, mix the sesame seeds, 2 tbsp maida, and water.
  • Make small patties _ In a second bowl, mix the paneer, cabbage, corn, onion, mustard seeds, oregano, ketchup, soya sauce, and pepper. Shape the mixture into patties. Dip each patty in the sesame-maida mixture.
  • Shallow fry the patties _ Now heat oil in a pan. Rotate the prepared patties in the breadcrumbs and shallow fry until golden brown on both sides.
  • Prepare the burger _ Remove and drain extra oil. Take half of the burger bun. Spread some butter and put the lettuce on top. Place a patty and spread some prepared dressing. Wrap it with the second part of the burger bun. Add some ketchup on top if you want. Fix it with a toothpick if required.
  • Serve Hot _ Serve hot with french fries and your favorite dip.
