Cheese Pasta Pizza

Cheese Pasta Pizza: It’s a unique and tasty combination of pasta and pizza that gives a rich and cheesy flavor altogether. Using your favorite spicy and cheesy pasta as a topping on pizza looks and tastes yummy.

INGREDIENTS

• 150-200 g penne pasta
• 1 cup pasta sauce or marinara sauce (Make it by blending with garlic, crushed red pepper, basil, tomatoes, herbs, and onions)
• Pizza dough
• olive oil
• 3 tablespoons pesto sauce (blend of fresh basil, garlic, pine nuts, extra-virgin olive oil, and Parmesan cheese.)
• 100 – 150 g fresh mozzarella, cut into half-inch cubes
• Some finely shredded parmesan cheese
• Salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• oregano
• chili flakes
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
• Chile-and-garlic-mashed into olive oil (for finishing)

PREPARATION

• At first, boil some penne pasta in salted water until cooked. Quickly drain the pasta in a strainer, and rinse it with cold water.
• Once the cooked pasta looks dry, transfer it to a large bowl and mix it with marinara sauce.
• Now, make a pizza base, spread a layer of pesto, then the sauced pasta, cubed mozzarella, and finely shredded parmesan cheese.
• Sprinkle a pinch of salt and ground pepper, chili flakes, and oregano, and move it to the oven.
• Bake the pizza until the crust is golden and the cheese and penne pasta is browned.
• Take the pizza out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, and flavor with salt and pepper.
• And, finally, drizzle with garlic-chile oil.
• Cut slices and serve hot.
