MAKE PIZZA BASE
- If you are using active dry yeast, activate the yeast in half a cup of warm milk and a teaspoon of sugar. Let the yeast sit still for 6-8 minutes until it looks bubbly and activated or you can use instant yeast.
- Measure all-purpose flour in the bowl. Add 2-3 teaspoons of olive oil, salt to flavor, and the yeast.
- Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes, until the dough is together & makes a dough ball.
- Dough Proofing, Simply keep the dough ball in a large bowl lightly covered with a kitchen cloth and keep the bowl covered in any warm for an hour until the dough has doubled in size.
PREPARATION
- In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil. Add Onions and saute for some minutes until they are soft. Add the turmeric, Kashmiri chili powder, garam masala, and crushed Kasuri methi. Mix well.
- Mix paneer cubes, tomato paste, and onion mixture. Add some water and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Keep aside.
- Preheat the oven to 450 F. We can use a baking sheet lined with baking paper or a cast iron pan to bake the pizza.
- Make a thin layer out of pizza dough. Spread butter and pizza sauce.
- Add paneer tikka topping and shredded mozzarella cheese all over the pizza and bake the pizza for 25-30 minutes until the pizza is cooked and the cheese has melted.
- Cut the pizza into slices, and serve hot.
