Recipe of Veg Burger: As the name suggests this burger is full of vegetables, tasty crispy patty, and cheese. This recipe will provide you with fiber, vitamins, and minerals. You can pair it with a plate of french fries. 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • ½ finely chopped carrot
  • 4-5 finely chopped cauliflower 
  • 3-4 finely chopped beans
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • 2 tbsp peas
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 boiled and grated potato
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp salt
  • some finely chopped coriander
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs

 

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs for coating
  • oil (for frying)
  • 3 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp chili sauce
  • 3 burger bun
  • slices of tomato
  • slices of cucumber
  • pinch of salt
  • some slices of jalapeno
  • pinch of pepper powder
  • 2-3 slices of cheese

 

for mixture:

  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • ¼ cup maida
  • ½ cup water

 

Making VEG PATTIES:

  • Firstly, steam carrot, coriander, beans, sweet corn, and peas, and add 1/4 tsp salt.
  • steam for 10 minutes on medium fire.
  • move the steamed vegetables to a huge blending bowl.
  • likewise, add 3 boiled and pureed potatoes.
  • Then, add ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chili powder, ¼ tsp chaat masala, and ½ tsp salt.
  • Add 2 tbsp coriander and blend well joining every one of the flavors well.
  • Moreover, add ¼ cup of bread crumbs and blend well. breadcrumbs help to absorb moisture from vegetables.
  • set up a slurry by mixing 2 tbsp cornflour, ¼ cup maida, and ½ cup water in a little bowl.
  • Make ball-sized patties and dip them in maida slurry.
  • cover with panko breadcrumbs consistently.
  • Shallow fry in hot oil keeping the fire on medium.
  • Fry on the two sides, until it becomes golden brown. drain off and keep to the side.

 

Preparing BURGER:

  • In a little bowl, first and foremost, take 3 tbsp eggless mayonnaise, 2 tbsp pureed tomatoes, and 1 tsp chili sauce.
  • blend well-shaping burger sauce.
  • Outspread a tbsp of burger sauce on the bun.
  • place a couple of cuts of tomato, cucumber, and jalapeno.
  • sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper.
  • Layer with a cheddar cut.
  • Further place prepared patties and cover with one more piece of the bun.
