Recipe of Veg Burger: As the name suggests this burger is full of vegetables, tasty crispy patty, and cheese. This recipe will provide you with fiber, vitamins, and minerals. You can pair it with a plate of french fries.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ finely chopped carrot
- 4-5 finely chopped cauliflower
- 3-4 finely chopped beans
- 2 tbsp sweet corn
- 2 tbsp peas
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 boiled and grated potato
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- ¼ tsp chaat masala
- ½ tsp salt
- some finely chopped coriander
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs for coating
- oil (for frying)
- 3 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- 3 burger bun
- slices of tomato
- slices of cucumber
- pinch of salt
- some slices of jalapeno
- pinch of pepper powder
- 2-3 slices of cheese
for mixture:
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- ¼ cup maida
- ½ cup water
Making VEG PATTIES:
- Firstly, steam carrot, coriander, beans, sweet corn, and peas, and add 1/4 tsp salt.
- steam for 10 minutes on medium fire.
- move the steamed vegetables to a huge blending bowl.
- likewise, add 3 boiled and pureed potatoes.
- Then, add ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chili powder, ¼ tsp chaat masala, and ½ tsp salt.
