Schezwan Burger: It’s a schezwan sauce recipe added with lots of vegetables like onion, tomato, and capsicum loaded with cheese placed between the burger buns. It gives a yummy spicy cheesy flavor. Schezwan sauce is made up of dried red chilies, garlic, salt, sugar, soya sauce, vinegar (as a preservative), etc.
INGREDIENTS
- Burger buns
- Mozzarella cheese
- 4-5 spoons of Schezwan sauce
- Onion slice
- Tomato slice
- Capsicum slice
- Cucumber slice
- 1 cup crushed Paneer
- Oregano
- Chilli flakes
- Lettuce leaves
METHOD
- First of all heat butter, add onion slice, tomato slice, capsicum slices & crushed paneer.
- Then add salt & stir fry the veggie mixture till it gets cooked.
- Now add schezwan sauce & make a soft mixture of it.
- Toast the burger buns lightly on a pan or a Tawa. Then it’s ready to assemble.
- Now cut the top of the bun and apply schezwan sauce inside it.
- Further, put the veggie mixture inside it and place the lettuce leaf over it.
- Now add mozzarella cheese strips to it.
- Again, cover the top with another half portion of the bun.
- Apply schezwan sauce & cheese strips on the top of the bun.
- Moreover, sprinkle oregano & chili flakes to add flavor.
- Your schezwan burger is ready to serve now.
