Recipe of Veg Grilled Cheese Sandwich:  This recipe is filled with lots of vegetables, spiced chutney, mayonnaise, mashed potatoes, and mixed spices. This sandwich is full of flavors and tastes best when made crispy and cheesy. You can serve it with tomato ketchup, green chutney, or any one of your favorite dips with a cup of hot tea or coffee.

INGREDIENTS

  • bread
  • Medium-sized finely chopped red bell pepper
  • Medium-sized finely chopped green bell pepper
  • mashed potatoes
  • 1 sliced onion
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 finely chopped cucumber
  • slices of cheese
  • 1 cup of grated Mozzarella cheese
  • medium finely chopped carrot
  • Pinch of black spice pepper
  • Coriander leaves
  • Frozen sweet corn
  • Green chilies
  • butter

 

PREPARATION

  • In a bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, mashed potatoes, and sweet corn with salt and pepper and sprinkle some spices and chaat masala.
  • Moreover, we will add some chutney, mayonnaise, butter, and a sandwich spread with vegetables. Mix everything well.
  • Then place a cheese slice and grated mozzarella cheese on a bread slice spread mixed vegetables, and cover it with another bread slice with butter applied to it. 
  • Now make the sandwich in a pan or sandwich maker. Again apply a little butter until it becomes crisp on both sides. 
  • Finally cut the sides and serve with chutney or tomato ketchup.

 

Note: To make this recipe for a veg grilled cheese sandwich, you can use brown bread instead of white bread and include lots of vegetables.
